Avondale, Ariz. - Fewer than 5% of eligible donors actually donate blood, yet 95% of us will need blood within our lifetime! To fill this need, United Blood Services (UBS) will be at Estrella Mountain Community College on Tuesday, February 19to collect donations. UBS will offer their services from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the south community room of the Estrella Hall building.
Individuals interested in helping others through blood donation, may contact the EMCC Fitness Center at 623.935.8400 to schedule a time and for blood donor qualifications.
Estrella Mountain Community College is located at 3000 N. Dysart Rd. in Avondale.
