WHAT: Through the vision and generosity of three West Valley entities, the citizens of Western Maricopa County will have new opportunities for artistic and cultural enrichment. Estrella Mountain Community College (EMCC), SunCor Development and the West Valley Fine Arts Council (WVFAC) have created a unique partnership that will result in a West Valley destination where arts, education and culture can thrive.
