Regions Restaurant at Estrella Mountain Community College

Estrella Mountain Community College is pleased to announce the grand opening of Regions Restaurant, a campus-based fine dining experience with an international flair, serving inexpensive, delicious meals in the West Valley on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

The authentic international dishes are prepared by Estrella Mountain's Culinary Arts students, under the direction of Jon Hill, Executive Chef, and range from Seafood Papillote to Roasted Vegetable Baked Ziti to gourmet classics like Pork Loin and Apples. Diners are invited to choose from the Prix Fix menu, which includes soup or salad, entrée, dessert, and beverage for only $8.95, or the a la carte selection, at an average of $5.95 for an entrée, and $2.95 for dessert. The restaurant is a real world practicum that explores the program's focus of hotel and restaurant management coupled with training in international cuisine and timeless culinary favorites.

Regions is open every Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm throughout the spring semester. The restaurant is located inside the campus, at 3000 North Dysart Road, on the northwest corner of Dysart and Thomas Roads in Avondale. For reservations, please call (623) 935-8396.
