EMCC and the Southwest Valley Citizen Academy Present HOA 101 - The Basics of Home Owner Associations on April 9

Avondale, Ariz. - Arizona, like many areas of the country, has experienced a dramatic rise in the number of homeowner associations, or HOAs, prompting the need for greater understanding of this legal entity. The Southwest Valley Citizen Academy and Estrella Mountain Community College will offer HOA 101 - The Basics of Home Owner Associations to educate the public about the responsibilities and challenges associated with running a homeowners association.
