Estrella Mountain Community College and the Estrella Rotary Foundation, Inc., are pleased to announce the winners of the 8th Annual New Car Raffle Scholarship Fundraiser. The grand prize winner, who has the choice of a brand new vehicle, is Litchfield Park resident Scott Clark; second prize winner of $1,000 is Goodyear resident, Susie Meese; and third prize winner of $500 is Brett Mohr, of Tempe. The annual fundraiser has enabled the college to raise over $750,000 in scholarships for West Valley students.
