Regions, Estrella Mountain's student-operated restaurant, opens Thursday, September 4, 2008 for the 2008-2009 school year. Students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to dine at the restaurant Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30am - 1:00pm, located on the Estrella Mountain campus at 3000 N. Dysart Rd. in Avondale. The cost for a three-course meal is $8.95, plus tax, which consists of American Regional and International selections.
