Estrella Mountain Community College is pleased to announce the hire of Brachelle Broom as its new manager of employee services. Broom has more than 12 years of experience in human resources and has been an employee of the Maricopa Community College District Human Resources Division as a coordinator of human resources since 2000. "Providing quality service with a positive attitude is my pledge to EMCC. I look forward to supporting our faculty and staff," said Broom.
