Regions, Estrella Mountain's student-operated restaurant, opens Thursday, September 3, 2009 for the 2009-2010 school year. Students, faculty, staff, and community members are invited to dine at the restaurant Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30am - 1:00pm, located on the Estrella Mountain campus at 3000 N. Dysart Rd. in Avondale. Reservations are required and should be made at least one week in advance by calling 623-935-8396. The cost for a three-course meal is $8.95, plus tax, which consists of American Regional and International selections.
