Estrella Mountain Community College and Ballet Folklório Esperanza have partnered to bring the 2nd Annual Dia de los Muertos Festival to EMCC on Saturday, October 31. The day will include live entertainment featuring folklório and flamenco dancers, mariachis and vocalists. There will be educational activities for children as well as several booths for participants to visit and learn about higher education, health and wellness, community opportunities, and more. Community members will enjoy good food and fun in the college’s Image Zone (southeast lawn) from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
