Estrella Mountain Community College will host its annual Black History Month Community Celebration in partnership with the Southwest Black History Committee and the City of Avondale on Saturday, February 13, 2010 from 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. in the college's Ceremonial Plaza. The college is located at 3000 N. Dysart Road in Avondale.
The day's events will include multi-cultural music performances, ethnic food tasting and Black History Literature. The event is free and open to the public. For more information, please contact Linda Cutright at 623-935-8827.
