EMCC Public Safety Officer, Tim O’Hearn, will give a lecture about self-defense on Monday, October 18 at 12:00 p.m. in the college’s Plaza Gallery. O’Hearn has more than 30 years of experience in law enforcement. The lecture will cover self-defense tactics and laws, as well as strategy for avoidance of situations where self-defense would be needed.
