Regions is located on the Estrella Mountain campus at 3000 N. Dysart Road in Avondale. Reservations are required and should be made at least one week in advance by calling 623 935 8396. The cost for a three-course meal is $8.95, plus tax, which consists of American Regional and International selections.

Regions is a college-operated restaurant. Students in the Culinary Studies program prepare all of the food as a part of their learning experience. The mission of the EMCC Culinary Studies program is to provide a well rounded education that will give students the skills and experience needed to obtain a position in a professional kitchen. Students are exposed to American and international cuisine, baking and pastry arts. All revenues from Regions Restaurant are invested directly back into the program.
