The fourth annual Tale of Two Cities Parade and Festival, on Sat., Feb. 21, was another huge success. Presented by a partnership between EMCC and the Cities of Avondale and Goodyear, is an "International Celebration" for the Southwest Valley communities, providing learning, food, fun and entertainment, and a U.S. naturalization ceremony.
