Dare to K.A.R.E. (Kindness And Respect @ EMCC) kicks off at 2 p.m. Feb. 13 in the Estrella Conference Center. EMCC’s Dare to K.A.R.E. effort aims to help employees and students be kinder and more respectful in our interactions with each other on and off campus. As part of this initiative, EMCC has partnered with Ben’s Bells and is participating in its Kind Colleagues program. Jeannette Mare, founder and executive director of Ben's Bells, will share how kindness and respect in the workplace can positively shift organizational culture. The event is open to everyone.
